We advised our client – Immocap Group with respect to all aspects of construction and development of administrative complex The Mill in Bratislava with GLA of app. 24,000 sqm. including populating of the building.
New Istropolis

Re-development of cultural and congress centre Istropolis located near Bratislava city centre. We are advising Immocap Group on an exclusive basis with respect to all aspects of major redevelopment of prime location in the wider center of Bratislava. It is planned that the development will include over 100,000 sqm GBA consisting of administrative premises, retail, residential towers and landmark cultural and congress hall.

Our firm advised the client during whole process of the acquisition of brownfield in Trenčín in order for re-development for residential project. Our team performed legal due diligence and negotiated the SPA with sellers.

Assisting client in sale of its enterprise providing accommodation and catering services (Ibis Bratislava Centrum hotel) belonging to Orbis Hotel Group, the largest group investing in hotel assets in Poland and Eastern Europe and leader in the EE hotel real estate market, operating hotels under Accor brand name, to the Latvian Mogotel group. We prepared BTA and advised the client in the negotiation, fulfilment of conditions precedent and closing of the transaction, including handover of the hotel.

Legal advisory to SLNEČNICE – MESTO A6, s.r.o. (joint venture of WOOD & Company a.s. and Cresco Group) involved negotiating both facility loan and overdraft loan agreements to finance the residential development project. This included structuring loan collateral agreements and tailoring the financing to fit the project’s specific needs. Support was also provided in fulfilling the conditions precedent for loan drawdown, as well as meeting the subsequent conditions. The team continued assisting in maintaining the relationship with the financing bank.

The counterpart in the dispute was SOGA Auction Company and the heirs of the former owner of the bust. Disputes regarded the court actions to determine the nullity of the sale contract and protection of the personality of the client.
