Our legal services cover labour matters from the establishment of employment relationships, through everyday labour issues until termination of  employment , and representation in potential disputes. We have extensive experience in representing clients in employment disputes (particularly in disputes over the invalidity of employment relationships), having represented major international companies and securing decisions whose reasoning now forms part of the current judicial precedent in Slovakia.

Our legal practice also includes dealing with the operation of trade unions and other employee representatives. We provide legal services also in matters with foreign aspects, such as the posting of foreign employees to Slovak entities or vice versa, and the employment of foreign citizens, including those from non-EU countries.
