New Istropolis

Re-development of cultural and congress centre Istropolis located near Bratislava city centre. We are advising Immocap Group on an exclusive basis with respect to all aspects of major redevelopment of prime location in the wider center of Bratislava. It is planned that the development will include over 100,000 sqm GBA consisting of administrative premises, retail, residential towers and landmark cultural and congress hall.

Vivo | myhive

2024

Advising WOOD & Company on the acquisition of the VIVO shopping center (formerly Polus), two office buildings (myhive), and a plot of land over 3,000 sq.m., including due diligence and transaction advisory services.

Aupark extension

2024

Legal assistance to Wood & Company and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in relation to the development and construction of an approximately 10,000 sqm extension of the shopping center Aupark in Bratislava.

We advised our client – Immocap Group with respect to all aspects of construction and development of administrative complex Lakeside Park 02 in the business district of Bratislava of approx. 14,000 sqm of GLA, including populating of the center.

Trnavské Mýto Underpass

Legal assistance to Immocap Group – a major Slovak real estate developer – in relation to negotiation and signing of a lease agreement with the City of Bratislava concerning the reconstruction and operation of the underpass Trnavské Mýto, and the actual reconstruction of the underpass.

Istropolis acquisition

Legal assistance to Immocap Group in relation to the acquisition of Istropolis - a landmark conference center in Bratislava, including a legal due diligence and subsequent preparation and negotiation of transfer documents.

New Seat of ZSE

Legal assistance to the client – Immocap Group with acquisition of land for development and building of new seat for ZSE (Západoslovenská energetika) for sale-back. Moreover, part of the acquired lands will be used for further development of the client.
