Construction of new electronic toll system in Slovakia

2024

Comprehensive legal services for a consortium in the public procurement for a new Slovak electronic toll system, a public project of national importance that gained significant attention from media and IT professionals. The services included preparation of bid, establishing internal relationships among consortium members, and provision of successful legal representation before the Slovak Public Procurement Office (ÚVO) in numerous objection proceedings related to breaches of public procurement law by the public contractor.

AGEL: concession for the new university hospital in Bratislava

2016

Legal assistance to Czech group AGEL, a prominent healthcare provider in the CEE region, in its participation in the competitive dialogue for the concession of the new Bratislava University Hospital of national importance. The scope of work included preparation of the request for participation, securing successful qualification, and managing communication with the Slovak Ministry of Health. Support was also provided for structuring internal consortium relationships, which included Israeli participation.
