Stanislav Behil

Stanislav Behil has been practicing law since 2010 and has since become an integral part of the Bartosik Svaby team. He focuses primarily on civil and commercial law, public procurement, and related litigation.

His experience encompasses M&A transactions across various business sectors, including automotive, accommodation, transport, and logistics. He regularly handles pre-court and court litigations with complex factual backgrounds that require an in-depth understanding of non-legal circumstances and involve legal analysis of doctrinal issues and international elements.

Stanislav possesses significant skills and experience in drafting extensive contractual transaction documentations, with an emphasis on detail and internal coherence. He also maintains day-to-day contractual agendas for clients, often with very specific specialization (e.g. he maintained contractual agenda for a supplier of industrial gases).

His professional interests also extend to public procurement, where he has substantial experience in preparing bids for large infrastructure projects, as well as medium-sized public procurements, including those involving international consortia. An essential part of his work in this field also involves defending clients in litigation related to public procurement, particularly against exclusion of clients from public procurement procedures or various unfair practices by their competitors.

Stanislav is fluent in Slovak, English, and French.
