Natália Harčaríková

Natália Harčaríková obtained her law degree in 2014 and has been registered with the Slovak Bar Association as an attorney since 2020. She specialises mainly on commercial law, real estate law, and transport law. Before joining Bartosik Svaby, Natália worked as a junior associate and subsequently as an attorney at the Bratislava office of an international law firm, where she gained experience across a broad range of legal areas.

In her practice, Natália focuses primarily on commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and real estate matters. She provides comprehensive legal advice on general corporate and commercial matters, as well as contract law, including cross-border transactions. She also advises on construction and leasing issues, assisting clients with contract drafting, negotiations, and ensuring legal protection in connection with property development and tenancy matters. Furthermore, she supports clients in due diligence (DD) projects by conducting legal analyses and evaluating risks associated with business transactions.

Natália also specialises on transport law, with a particular focus on aviation and the automotive industry. In the aviation sector, she advises on the negotiation and execution of cross-border transactions concerning the sale, purchase, and leasing of aircraft, as well as regulatory compliance in the provision of aviation services. In the automotive sector, she provides legal support to manufacturers and importers operating in the Slovak market, advising on regulatory issues and contractual relationships.

Another key area of Natália’s practice is data protection and privacy law (GDPR), where she assists clients in implementing regulatory requirements, structuring compliance frameworks, and addressing data protection concerns.

Natália is fluent in Slovak, English and German.
