Natália Harčaríková

Natália Harčaríková has been registered with the Slovak Bar Association as an attorney since 2020.

In her practice, Natália specialises primarily in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and real estate matters. She provides comprehensive legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, including contract law and cross-border transactions. In the field of real estate law, she provides comprehensive legal support for development projects, real estate management and leasing, including the preparation of contractual documentation and legal opinions. She also advises clients in due diligence (DD) reviews, analysing and assessing the legal risks associated with business transactions.

Natália also focuses on transport law, with a particular emphasis on the aviation and automotive industries. In the aviation sector, she represents airlines in the negotiation and execution of cross-border transactions concerning the sale, purchase, and leasing of aircraft, and provides advice on legal and regulatory compliance. In the automotive sector, she advises vehicle manufacturers and importers on their activities in the Slovak market, specifically on issues relating to contractual relationships, regulatory compliance, and competition.

Another area of her practice is data protection and privacy law (GDPR), where she assists clients in implementing GDPR requirements and addressing data protection concerns.
