Adrián Fedor

Adrián Fedor has been practicing law since 2015 and has been part of the Bartosik Svaby since 2016. He provides legal services primarily to Slovak and English-speaking clients, focusing mainly on litigation in various legal fields, particularly in civil law, commercial law, employment law, competition law, as well as industrial property disputes, unfair competition disputes, copyright disputes, and cases related to administrative law.

Adrián specializes in representing clients in all stages of court proceedings, including representation before the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic and the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic. He also represents clients' interests in arbitration proceedings before arbitration tribunals. Adrián has extensive experience in representing clients in judicial reviews of administrative authority decisions, including representing before the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic, and has also gained substantial experience in enforcing clients' claims in enforcement proceedings.

Adrián also focuses his practice on various branches of administrative law, as well as on intellectual property law, construction law, real estate law, contract law, and M&A .

Adrián is the author of the publications "Case law in Intellectual Property Law," and “Case law in M&A” published by the renowned publishing house Wolters Kluwer SR s.r.o. in 2024 and 2025.

Adrián is fluent in Slovak and English.
