Tomáš Kolek

Tomáš Kolek has been practicing law since 2013 and has been part of the Bartosik Svaby since 2020. He provides legal services and support primarily to Slovak and English-speaking clients across a variety of practice areas, including corporate law, civil law, labor law, and industrial property law.

A significant portion of his work involves advising on lease agreements, where Tomáš assists landlords, property administrators and tenants, with the drafting and negotiation of leasing terms to ensure full legal compliance and protection of their interests. In addition, Tomáš has gained valuable experience in drafting and revising various types of commercial contracts to meet the specific needs of clients.

Tomáš has been involved in several due diligence processes, providing legal support in assessing risks and ensuring smooth transactions. He has participated in M&A transactions, contributing to the preparation and review of legal documentation, assisting in negotiations, and providing essential legal input throughout the various stages of the transactions.
