Noémi Takács

Noémi Takács graduated from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava in 2023 and subsequently began her legal career at Bartosik Svaby. Her work primarily focuses on contractual law and litigation across a broad portfolio of legal areas.

Noémi specializes in data protection (GDPR), where she provides comprehensive advice, particularly to owners and managers of shopping centers and office buildings. Within this specialization, she also offers legal guidance on various issues related to the daily management and smooth operation of properties, especially in contract and labor law.

She is expanding her experience in intellectual property law, with a focus on clients in the database and software solutions sector. Noémi has contributed to drafting license agreements and conducts detailed analyses related to software rights protection.

A significant part of her practice involves M&A transactions. During these transactions, she assists in the preparation of due diligence reports, revision of contractual and corporate documentation, and ensures seamless signing and closing processes. She also provides advisory services in the aviation sector, primarily negotiating and preparing "dry lease" agreements for both lessees and lessors.

In the area of litigation, Noémi focuses on the complex enforcement of clients’ claims arising from concluded lease agreements, and ensuring effective recovery of court rulings.

Noémi speaks Slovak, English, and Hungarian fluently.
