Michal Žitňanský

Michal Žitňanský is a graduate of the Masaryk University in Brno. He also gained further education through postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom. He has been practicing law since 2008. Since 2021 Michal has been a senior associate at Bartosik Svaby.

In addition to advocacy, Michal worked from 2014 to 2018 in a senior position in public administration, where he also dealt with asset management and public procurement.

Michal provides legal services to Slovak and English speaking clients in areas such as commercial law, corporate law, contract law, administrative law, as well as criminal law.

In the area of corporate law, Michal provides comprehensive legal services, including company formation, drafting shareholder agreements and structuring business transactions.

Michal has extensive experience in public procurement , representing clients in commercial and civil law disputes, including arbitrations. Michal specializes in complex legal services, ranging from drafting and negotiating contracts of various types, through preparing analyses and legal opinions, to representation in court and administrative proceedings.

Michal is fluent in Slovak, and English.
