Core Information
Bartosik Svaby was founded in Bratislava in April 2005 by Peter Bartošík and Boris Šváby, later joined by Igor Šváby as a partner. Since its establishment, the firm has grown to become one of the most respected and largest law firms in Slovakia, regularly recognized in prestigious rankings of law firms and legal professionals. Today, our team includes over 20 highly skilled lawyers, paralegals, and support staff .
In the early years of its existence, the firm focused on serving foreign companies with business activities in Slovakia, with a particular emphasis on francophone clients. After two decades of existence, Bartosik Svaby now provides legal services to a diverse range of international and Slovak clients, delivering solutions in multiple languages and across various legal sectors.
We focus primarily on providing legal services within the legal environment of the Slovak Republic and the European Union. Through years of experience in law and involvement in diverse projects, we have gained valuable business insights, enriching our ability to provide not just legal advice, but more comprehensive support to our clients.
