Lukáš Vráblik

Lukáš Vráblik graduated from the Faculty of Law of Trnava University in Trnava in 2022.

His professional practice focuses primarily on contract law and the provision of legal advice in the area of leases of non-residential premises. He is involved in legal advisory services related to M&A transactions, including the preparation of due diligence reports, as well as the preparation of contractual and corporate documentation.

He develops his expertise in the field of European law, in particular competition law, and also provides legal advice in connection with legal analyses in the area of energy law.

Lukáš also advises on matters relating to intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademarks and patents, including the preparation of licence agreements, as well as sports law and employment law.

Lukáš is fluent in Slovak, English, and German.
