Barbora Podhajská

Barbora Podhajská graduated from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava in 2025 and joined Bartosik Svaby in the same year. She focuses on commercial law, real estate law, and litigation.

In the area of commercial law, she specializes in drafting corporate documentation and commercial contracts for a wide range of clients.

Within real estate law, she focuses primarily on preparing lease agreements for owners of shopping centres and managing related matters concerning lease relationships.

She also handles disputes arising from lease agreements and ensures the efficient collection of debts and enforcement of such claims.
