Adriána Matejčíková

Adriána Matejčíková graduated from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava. She completed also LL.M. programme at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, which was focused on Law in Business from the European perspective. Adriána joined the team of Bartošík Šváby in 2026 and she works at the position of junior associate.

In her practice, Adriána focuses on preparing various types of contract documentation, drafting legal analyses and opinions, addressing civil and commercial law matters, and providing support to clients in connection with changes in business companies and the preparation of related corporate documentation, including participation in the preparation of due diligence reports.

Adriána also focuses on employment law and provides advice to clients on the preparation of employment documentation, addressing employment-related issues, and providing guidance on the application of legislation in day-to-day practice.

In her practice, she has also gained experience in the regulatory framework of the energy sector from the perspective of business environment.

Adriána is fluent in Slovak and English.
