The law firm Bartošík Šváby was established by Peter Bartošík and Boris Šváby as B & S Legal in April 2005. Peter and Boris joined their extensive experience acquired while practicing for leading Slovak law firms and established the basis for a legal practice that, after almost 10 years of existence, ranks among renowned law offices on the Slovak market.
The firm has been continuously growing. Igor Šváby became the third partner in 2011. The office currently counts 16 attorneys, 4 legal assistants and 3 other staff members.
Our company provides legal services under the laws of the Slovak Republic, with a full appreciation of the European Union law. In cooperation with partner law firms, we are able to cover projects realized in the Czech Republic and other countries.
We specialize in business law where we have extensive expertise mainly in greenfield projects, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, corporate and competition law, state aid and employment law, as well as in litigation and domestic and international arbitration.
